Manjunath have closely worked with some of the top IT organizations and startups alike for past two decade and have gained exemplary knowledge of the operations of both these varied setups. His forte is identification of roadblocks, providing strategies/ IT roadmap and consultation to the emerging enterprises to accelerate their growth .
During his employment, Manjunath has worked with companies like Infosys, Accenture, Microchip and Alten and in his recent past he worked as IT Director at LTLIndia – a Logistic startup and had successfully created the full fledge IT platform for their Logistics Business. His responsibility included, identifying the pain points in the B2B and B2C business as an aggregators company and increase the ROI after using the IT applications for the business vendors and customers.
In 2018, He ventured upon his journey as an independent consultant to various premium enterprises like Cadbury’s , Cambridge , Hitachi, UPS via third party partnership on supporting them to get digitalized and floated ‘Mysoftlabs LLP’ .

Sharath is having rich experience in IT, Financial, Digital transformation Services experience with an emphasis in building Compliance monitoring applications, i.e. Personal Account Dealing & Pay-to-Play.
He is currently Handling finance and operations and at Mysoftlabs and also he is heading Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (COE) globally and leading a dynamic team of Developers, Architects, and Data Scientists, who are based out of INDIA,UK and US.
His responsibilities include driving Digital Transformation client pursuits, leading Advanced Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics practice, Digital Methodologies, building Digital Solutions Suite leveraging proprietary and partnership ecosystem strategies, and embedding these in client offerings across industry domains and manages Advanced Digital Technologies and Productization of Digital Solutions in industry domains of Insurance, HealthCare, Banking, F&A, Utilities, Transportation and Travel.
And also strategic thinker with distinguished combination of business domain knowledge, advanced digital technologies expertise and consultative transformation solutioning. Handling partners with the clients to design think their business and drive transformational outcomes with accelerated business impact.
His also maintaining all the key partners of RPA and IPA tools partner engagement irrespective of digital transformation tools like Automation anywhere , UIPATH, Blue prism, Kofax, Abby, Antworks, winautomation etc..,
He oversees the full life-cycle of projects using vended and in-house automation solutions around Process Mining, Process/Task Management, Robotic Automation, Decision Management, Document Processing.
